Hello guys.. I am on day 34 ( barely succeed ) and I am doing hard mode. These days, all I am doing is to think about real sex ( very less think about PMO), and also think about sex positions and other things that happend with real women .... During the day and the night all I want is real sex... I want sex so bad The worst part is that I can't get real sex near... I should wait at least one year or more My Qs: Are the urges for real sex a part of rebooting and it is going to decrease or not?? How the life will be without any sexuality on it ?? No PMO, No sex, how can I breath ?? Thank you
I started craving for sex too after 1-2 months in reboot which I say is a positive sign as you are no longer thinking only about porn. These urges for real sex are also withdrawals and excessive thinking about it can cause you relapse if you are not careful of the tricks and traps of the addict mind. I am on day 113 without pmo or sex and I am enjoying life as it is. I don't crave for sex or pmo anymore. I am not looking for any of these to keep me happy.

I was afraid to think in how to live without sexuality in my life at all, since from when I was 12 and discoverd sex to now ( I'm 24) I think men cannot live without PMO or other sex things. I will try to do my best and go further to achive 90 days goal... Thanks
Once you have a healthy reboot, you will find a girl whom you will love and not lust. You will enjoy her company and sex would play just a minor part in the relationship as you would find joy in little things which are not necessarily sexual in nature.
