    Is it any different than normal mode? I mean I can't even do normal so I'm not even sure why I'm asking, just curious I guess.

    Normal mode is no PM. Your allowed to have sex. but hard mode your not allowed to have sex. the only dofference. normal= no PM hard=no pmO

    If your not going to O just do hard mode. but what matters is if your recover doesnt matter the days or modes. its all in your head
