    im 15 yrs, and i was hoping i could just stop fapping as it uses up a bit of my time/i want to see the benefits of not fapping

    Welcome to the forum. It's good that you are addressing this problem before it becomes more ingrained. The longer your look at porn the more problems it will cause in your life. I hope you are able to cut it out easily.
