I'm curious. What should I expect for day 20-30? I think I'm on day 21-22 right now. I've been really horny lately it's almost irritating. I've noticed that I can control my temper a little more and laugh at things that usually make me mad but I do feel the need to MO to feel relief from it. Any one in a similar situation?

Hi nofap88, that's was a similar story with me. However I relapsed on day 32 after a week or so of strong urges. Keep going strong!

I've never gotten past 30 days! I did it once last year and on day 30 i couldnt wait to PMO. I waited all day and then like 30 seconds later It was over. almost as anti-climatic and the new years count down. I want to see what it's like past 30 days. I keep reading that I should do something else. I go to the gym after work which makes me even hornier afterwards. it's annoying.

Ive recently had a voracious appetite for studying physics/chemistry/biology/astrophysics/quantum physics/engineering/history basically everything interests me and is one continuous revelation after another of how this strange universe operates and manifests. I study on my own mostly through the internet at home.

Learning. I personally started with German language and javascript. Lately i paused both because of other things.

Meditation, reading, online courses, Ted Talk podcasts, the amount of information is available is unbelievable. If you make an effort to learn something new every day for a month, A) You'll most likely end up learning five new things in about ten minutes because of how widespread information is and B) You'll be an improved version of yourself. Maybe only improved by those thirty things that you learned, but improved. However, it does seem easy to do remember that it's also easy not to do. From The Slight Edge, every time you give your self a little advantage and then another little advantage and then another little advantage, it may not seem like a lot but after even just a month all those little advantages start to build up. Also, I recommend reading The Slight Edge. Great book ;)

    Stay strong brothers.

From my experience, if you can get past day 30 then random urges will no longer be a problem and you will have overcome a significant part of the challenge, how ever you will probably still be vulnerable to triggers for quite some time after, but then once you enter the flatline it becomes super easy to reach 90 days. Just make sure to keep occupied.

Also http://freevideolectures.com/ for all sorts of stuff.

I personally spend a lot of time on art work and writing novels. Find something you're good at and focus on it.
