What Series to watch? A.K.A. F*** triggers in mainstream media

Hello boys and girls, ladies and gentlemen!

So, I lost it again, doing the "thing" daily for a little more than 2 weeks now. I am convinced a significant portion of the problem I have is played by mainstream media.

When I come from home, I watch series either in the TV or what I have downloaded from the internet. Is there literally ANY series that I could watch in my post-work routine that is not a trigger? Like when you come home braindead and are too lazy to even take your clothes off or warm up a meal? That one hour between 6 and 7 pm?

I usually watch two and half men because it is on the TV at that time when I come home. That is, because I am too lazy to turn on my PC and start a series. 2half men is just 100% sexist shit. I like the series only because it is a sitcom --- situated in an interior with familiar characters etc. Another thing that they air is the Big Bang Theory... Which is not that explicit, but we all know the character "Penny" was designed to just wear sexy clothes and act dumb and pretty. She is something of a trigger too.

Other series I have watched is e.g. Breaking Bad (not THAT sexist after first few episodes). Currently I started Narcos. But the episode which I watched today had atleast 3 nude *** scenes in it. DAMN. Also, I have noticed that "power" makes me horny too. Like what is shown in the series with this all-mighty Escobar. Interestingly enough, it did not get me immediately, but like an hour after the episode, when I started getting the thoughts and lost it.

Anyway, I am sure tomorrow when I watch another Narcos episode, it will get me obsessed again... Hell, is it me? I just want to watch a series! Is every series today like this? Do you watch something that is mainstream enough (by mainstream I mean what I included above) and has no triggers?
