What qualifies as a relapse?

Today after 10 days with no PMO i woke up from a quick afternoon nap to find myself fantasizing and touching myself to test my sensitivity/peaking, no porn involved but within seconds i felt a climax come on so i stopped but by then i couldn’t hold it in and came unexpectedly. I tried retrograding it but still leaked out some. Didn’t feel like a deliberate orgasm but its bugging me. What’s your guys’ opinion on a situation like this?
