In hopes of getting relapses to never happen again, I thought it might be a good idea to list out what leads to relapses. Perhaps seeing the warning signs of an impending failure on the horizon, we can find a way to overcome it, when we see it approaching miles away.

For me, a relapse can signal its arrival by the following:
    - "Misery": Misery can cause one to want to watch P or to MO. Ironically the bullet point below might also be true.
    - "All is well": When feeling like you have achieved your goal of ending PMO, the motivation starts to wane. Also, this is a time when you are in a good mood and you forget the pain that PMO causes you, so you are less hesitant to avoid it. This for me is the deception phase.
    - "Boredom": I feel like there is nothing better to do and my body needs some kind of stimulation to feel alive.
    - "Wanting to peek": A desire to peek into erotic images, videos or content in general is highly deceptive. A peek/glance in itself, may seem unharmful to us. How can a few seconds of exposure to anything erotic be harmful. In and of itself it may not be, but what it causes is the true harm and that is because it leads to relapse. A peek is another word to self-trigger in my opinion.
    - "Full out lust": This phase is pure lust that can not be contained and just wants to consume erotic content at all costs. A highly dangerous state to be in. This is probably the state that is most difficult to fight. If you find yourself in this situation, it is best to stay away from all electronic devices capable of internet. Take a cold shower to knock some sense into yourself or leave your house and run for your life! Go to the park or call and meet a friend or loved one.

What causes you to relapses? It would be nice to hear from others who feel the same as I do. Feel free to add to the list.

    Good luck and keep fighting!
