What just happened to me how to counter it

I had an issue today i didnt watch p not did M but while watching movie some sexual scenes aroused me very badly and dnt knw wat happend i ejaculated i knw its premature ejaculation is this a reset coz i didnt touch at all it. Just happend ... Is this relapse or is this some kinda thing because i never experienced something like this it was nasty feeling guilty too whoever reads it just help me up with wat this is coz am not able to comprehend
