What is the difference between relapse and reset?

    Can someone explain to me what the difference is between a relapse and a reset? Thank you :)

    Relapse is when you look at porn and/or masturbate. You've relapsed. A reset means starting your NoFap journey over again. You start with 0 days and move on. That's a reset. So, when you relapse, you have to reset. I hope this helps.
