What is that symptom? And does this happen Coz of PMO withdrawal?

    Today is my day 5 hardmode
    I feel I can't focus in work nor gym, and alot of thoughts in my head,, like thinking about something I have done last year, I forget what I have done one minute ago... Etc what's this symptom and how overtake it?
    That really bothers me alot and besides that I have mild headache.. So much Anxiety.. Stress.. Sometimes I have argue and sometimes no urge..
    By the way I had so solid morning Wood today which I have not experienced it for long

    Thanks for reply and support ! I think that, coz from yesterday I have lost any desire for sex and my erection gone.. How long could this lasts in average? Me PMOing for like 15 years Daily but not more than 20 minutes a day
