I (M23) have been watching porn for the last 10 years and been in a relationship the last 5 years. Four months ago me and my girlfriend broke up so I thought I am gonna give NoFap a try. I still masturbated 1-2 times a week but stopped watching porn because that was my main goal. Since then I can not get a proper erection anymore. I had the opportunity to have sex with some girls like 5-6 times in that period but I just could not get hard anymore. Only after some time (like 15 min) it finally kinda worked to stay hard. The past two weeks were even so bad that I did not even have any sex drive anymore. I did not think about sex, did not get random erections during the day and so on. What is going on with my body? How long does it take until this gets back to normal. It fucking sucks. Maybe this is the wrong forum to post but maybe someone of you guys has experienced the same.

Tomorrow I am gonna take a blood test to check if everything is okay with my body.

A familiar story. When my wife and I broke up....I had NEVER failed to launch in my life despite watching shit loads of porn and whacking off daily. First girl I met post separation, beautiful as hell and I had a monumental floppy. I've been using Cial now for 3 years to get hard. I've had every test and nothing negative to report. About 40 days ago I made the decision to quit porn, and my stiffy's are getting worse each day to the point where I cannot get one now. I'm determined to do the reboot to try and cure myself. I'm fit and healthy, exercise a lot. My only hope is Nofap. My dick is now dead, and I have virtually no libido.

These are normal symptoms to experience when you quit porn. A common term for this is called the Flatline. Without loads of novelty and stimulation, your mind starved, and will cycle in between long periods of either extremely low or extremely high arousal.

What do experts tell young guys suffering from ED (the good & the bad)
What does withdrawal from porn addiction look like?
I quit using porn and now I feel worse. Is this normal?
HELP! I quit porn, but my potency, genital size, and/or libido are decreasing (the Flatline)

However, I suggest a 3 month hard mode reboot followed by immediate rewiring with sex to fast-track your healing process.
