  1. What if I actually achieved all my goals (set in a realistic way and frame) ??!
    What if I tried every day to be the best version of myself?
    What if I didn't give up but believed in myself and the world around me?

  3. What do I want to do?

    Simply take the old tasks and goals and make it happen. More precisely: update your to do list, but don't exagerate. Just do it.
    What's more? Cook, take food with you, eat enough to not get sugar-urges. Do a lot of exercise, especially yoga, since that will help me with some issues.

    What to do at home? (apart from sleeping)
    - Cleaning, cooking, eating and again, cleaning. That's about it. Maybe home exercise too, maybe reading and doing tasks once in a while. Not much more. Go out as much as possible. Be active and use home as a home base.
