Whenever i was alone in my home. At first i thought that theres nothing that can bring me down. But as soon as time passes after 2-3 hrs.the temptations arises. I got phone and net on it. Alone and having internet in ur phone is really very temting. Before those my thoughts become actions i switch on my phone and saw some wwe matches, and some intresting facts about things. It helps me alot. When u see all these intresting things your mind get deverted. As soon as i finished watching then i thought that fapping is nothing its just a crap.this helps me to reach 75 days. Im all like u people i can do it so can u? After all i gotta know that why we fail:- ( becoz we keep telling a bullshit story to ourself why we cannot do it. Its the only thing b/w ur goals).
