Was to get right and do it to what I think is the right way and just remove the bad source from my life and by that I mean I broke up with my ex girlfriend and made it to almost eight years without having sex. I hope I can help by typing, there’s just a lot of willpower and self motivation that led to 90 days. I didn’t talk to anyone about it. I should have. Would have made the process 20 times easier. It’ll be 8 years of sexual abstaining on April 2022 - August 2022.
Hopefully me posting that it’s about to be right years since I have had sex helps someone struggling to quit sex. This probably helps the NoFap hard mode/monk mode/celibacy.
