Hey everyone. This is my first time actually posting anything on NoFap.. I've been looking around for awhile and reading material and posts here. This is a serious issue in my life that I am fully aware of the negative consequences that it brings. NOTHING GOOD comes with PMO, NOTHING!!! I know it's hard to quit but by taking small steps and making small adjustments bring vast rewards... just DON'T do it no matter what, stay strong and endure .. you and I both know you will feel better afterwards being victorious at the end of the tempting battle.. We can do this. I promise to post as often as possible. I believe it's a step closer to my recovery.
