What does doing the 90 day challenge mean.

    As simple as the title is. I know that you shouldnt do PMO for 90 days. But what happens after 90 days? Is it ok to PMO again?

    The idea behind much of the information here is that you create your own action plan. If you do a reboot you should have a good understanding of why you are setting about the task in the first place. If you don't know for sure how you will feel but your reasons for starting are sound, why not make that decision at 90 days. If you are addicted to porn, I doubt you'll want to hit PMO again at 90 days.
