Most of my relapses happen at night when I'm trying to fall asleep. It has become a habit and I can't fall asleep without MO. Sometimes I just lie on my bed resisting the urges for like 2 hours than give up. My heart rate goes crazy and it becomes so frustrating that I just give up. I even tried switching off my phone and leaving it outside my room but somehow I just lose control and get it back. What do you guys usually do in such a situation?
I start doing mathematical problems and within 10 minutes I fall asleep! XD I also do a shit ton of bodyweight squats and pushups within 20 minutes in order to tire my body and couple that with a tough mathematical problem and you can't go wrong!
