Hey nofap wonderful community!I love ya.

what do you do when see someone attractive? I have no desire to watch porn anymore -however I feel like Im literally in the process of finalizing transforming mind to not see people as objects sexually attractive (not thaT I think of people necessarily that way).

What to focus on instead or say to self or how re-wire brain on this?
Open to ideas! I want to free my mind.

Try and have an intelligent conversation with someone you find attractive... and get to know them as a thinking, feeling person.
Everyone has a personality with interesting views on stuff.... People are so much more than a pretty face.

I have the same problem, this is a good thing to work on.

Something simple that I've done that you can try is if you see someone attractive, don't let your eyes wander all over them. Stay focused on their face, look in their eyes. That way you are more focused on the individual and not their physical attributes. That not only helps in the moment but will keep your mind from having these tempting images to bring up later on.
