What do I have? PAWS, POIS, something else??

I'm 26 this year and have been addicted to hardcore pornography (pornhub and sites that are similar) since I was 14 so it's been a long addiction. This year I got more serious (trying and failing over and over in week-long spurts to quit rather than giving in everyday like when I was a teenager) about quitting due to some odd symptoms that started popping up:

-Weird pressure in the right side of my head after orgasm (can also be caused by other highly stimulating activities that aren't sexual in nature)

-I've never been high but after an orgasm I think I feel like it's described on a small scale

-Chest pressure right after orgasm (can be with or without porn, but is worse w/porn)

-Sharp chest pains after orgasm (doesn't always happen, can be with or without porn, but is worse w/porn)

-Heart palpitations after orgasm sometimes (went to a heart specialist last September, he said my heart was in perfect condition)

-Trouble breathing after orgasm sometimes (went to a lung specialist last September, he said my lungs were fine)

-Weird unpleasant feeling in stomach a few hours after orgasm (usually very mild but it's a consistent symptom)

-Spitting up green flemb after abstaining for a few days

-Very mild hypothyroidism (4.6 TSH, been to the doctor, they don't know why I have it. The thyroid gets larger when I PMO, get stressed, eat too much sugar, or get poor sleep)


*Never had any of these symptoms when PMO-ing before last summer so I'm a little confused...

 

No, just salty sometimes. I looked up Ross River Fever, the length of time that people are infected and the fatigue checks out, but I don't have joint pain or fever. It does seem like a really nasty bug though.
