I'm on day 3 now and often find myself relapsing whenever I feel stressed or had a bad sleep. So what are your personal methods that you use to not relapse when things don't go your way in life?
Create new ways to deal with bad stuff. Like exercises(helped a lot for me), meditation, cold showers. Also find the moment of the day when you fap the most often(for me it was night, before going to sleep) and create some positive routine that will replace PMO.
