What are your coping skills ?

    Mine would be walking outside, taking a hot shower and probably gaming.
    I'm trying to meditate from time to time but don't see any benefits.

    I like gaming, learning new things (game development), and prayer. I'm also going to start working. I currently am really sedentary and not doing much, but looking to change that.

    I tried gaming and it didn't worked out so well. I don't know why but I think in my brain, gaming and PMO is related to each other. Which is not surprizing because gaming also fries our dopamine system and overrides its potential.

    Yeah I have to agree with you there. Most games are just a flood of dopamine and they're not worth it. Although there are games where you can learn a lot of new things, I'd just avoid it entirely. I've also quit music.

    Exactly we also have to quit music. People are foaming from the mouth when you discussed this.
