    Masturbation for almost 10years from age 8 so. Many bad physical changes i am having like
    1) Ed or Pied
    2) Veins visible
    3) Hamd tremors
    4) Dark circles under my eyes
    5) Zero level confident
    WHAT ABOUT HAND TREMORS

    Currently 36day of hard mode Age 18 years old this is my first time

    Check your diet, level of physical exercise, and sleep, as well as your general mental health. Don't just stop jerking off, build a healthier life. The dark circles are probably due to a lack of sleep, hand tremors could be due to diet or excess caffeine, and your lack of confidence is because you don't believe in yourself. Know that your worth is intrinsic to you no matter what you do, and improve yourself because you know youre worth it. Even if you don't believe it at first, if you act like you do eventually you will believe it.
