wetdreams

    I just had two wet dreams, I woke up middle of the night, so I just had 5 hours of sleep, so I decided to go back to sleep. I don't understand why it would be like that. Did I screw up or not?

    Also should I hit the gym despite wasting all that energy, I wanna go of course, what should one do after wet dreams?

    You didn't screw up, but there are things you can do to reduce the frequency of wet dreams if it happens too frequently, for example:
    • Reduce meat consumption
    • Eat less for dinner
    • Avoid overexertion
    • Avoid extreme temperatures during sleep (too hot or too cold)
    • Sleep on your side instead of on your back (works from my own experience)
    After a wet dream, one should take more rest, so personally I don't recommend going to the gym. Maybe you can just go for a walk if you want to stay active. Also, one tends to relapse after a wet dream, so you may want to be more careful, find ways to redirect your thoughts when urges come.
