I know it's a well discussed topic but I personally need advice.This night one of my dreams slided in a wet one, it is my first actual "wet" one since the beginning of nofap (and probably since I started fapping in general). I believe it's just my brain trying to make me fap but my question is: I didn't do the pm part, should I in my brain start over?
Wet dreams are part of the process, but are also a sign of you needing to learn to control your thoughts during the day. So- no fantasies, no dwelling on random PMO-related thoughts. It's hard at first, but becomes almost natural eventually. And of course, if you keep yourself busy, you won't think as much about those things.
You can't control all your thoughts, if you could, you would be buddha... I agree with the fact that one has to not indulge in those thoughts the better he can, but wet dreams are still part of the process. At a certain point the body will have to release all those semen, i had 2 wet dreams in 240 days, the second being this night, and honestly it was a liberation, it was starting to hurt, and i was going to pee fucking 20 times per day. At least that's my experience.
That's not your brain telling you to fap, all what your brain wants you to do is to have sex, porn is the way out that you established for that urge. I like "wet" dreams, it's my unconscious mind telling me that I want women, which is nice. Btw, if you don't know why they're called "wet" dreams, mind yourself, you might find out why if you stay enough time not fapping haha
