I'll not address OCD/etc, but just the physiological issue which can be caused by withdrawal from pornography use. Yes, depriving your brain of a dopamine it used to have could totally be the issue or a significant factor.

Get some more distance from P and I'm just sure you'll be able to see dramatic improvements. Have you considered hard mode for a month or so as a literal reboot?

 

They will vary in strength, intensity, quality. And porn use/withdrawal/recovery will effect that for sure. I've found that now that I've been sexually sober for awhile that the orgasms are generally very intense. Like really intense. And the effect for 2-3 minutes afterwards is often like I have taken a heavy drug. The longer we wait between making love the better the experience. Give it time. Stay clean.

 

What do you mean by weak orgasms? You mean less cum load or just the inner feeling when you bust?

 

First off I dont think it's what you think it is.
Your brain and body are going through withdrawals of you not useing your drug aka Porn. Give it some more time trust me your sex life with your GF will get better and better and before you know it you'll be orgasming like it's your first time. Stay strong and stay away from the evil porn

 

Just leave it backed up in your nuts. When you wanna have sex, edge with your girlfriend. Enjoy her, build that orgasm up. Stay sober off of drugs and alcohol, have a good sleep cycle, eat healthy. Don't smoke etc. Sometimes Semen just oozes out though with no real pressure. I've had orgasms that were weak, no big deal. Try not to focus on you cumming and you should be ok
