    okay so i was strolling through instagram and then i found a picture of a very hot girl naked but her boobs are covered by a blanket. Idon't know why I came to her ig and start scrolling to her posts and got so aroused that a little liquid comes out from my penis. And at that very moment I stopped and closed the Ig. My question is does it count as a relapse. Because I feel so ashamed. I'm into 1month of nofap

    In my opinion it would fall into the slip-up category, but you shouldn't do this again, and you would be better off if you unfollowed her. As for the "liquid", it was probably pre-cum.

    Don't restart, but unfollow and/or block, and definitely consider using Instagram and other porn substitutes less. Anything that arouses you that's not a real woman in front of you counts as porn, and should be avoided during a reboot.
