I wont be sharing my personal story right now, but growing up i was really skinny, and 2 years ago i bulked from 75 to 90KG. Now im at 85-87KG and i want to be 100KG pure muscle. It’s been 2 years since i bulked seriously and i just cant seem to get it. Any tips? I want to look like Mike Tyson btw…
Do you do gym workouts or at home workouts? I personally like some of the workouts on Kaged.com. They offer free workout series there and can be used for bulking or cutting. They tell you what workout to do each day and you just follow along.
