    Iam 25yrs old guy from India like all you guys I have been addicted with pmo since 2006 and lost everything from intelligence to self confidence and motivation now just want to reverse all effects of pmo and want to gain strength confidence and motivation to grow big in life and get back my health to top level.....

    Hello and welcome to NoFap! Many fapstronauts see an improvement in their confidence and motivation as they progress in their reboot. I'm sure it will be the same for you! Is this your first time to quit PMO?

    Yep dear actually Iam badly in love with someone and want to be a pure person for her I badly want her in my life but the way things are going she is nowhere near in my life...

    This is a good goal to have! Start some good habits like exercise, reading, yoga, eating better, music or ANYTHING positive to replace the PMO! It will help a lot and improve you as a person.
