    Hi guys I am Areeb; 18 year old, trying to be free from porn addiction and masturbation. I am just fed up of the same retarded daily routine which ends with porn and ultimately masturbation. I hope this forum will bring some hope

    you describe it perfectly, and you are right, it is totally wasteful and routinely boring.
    welcome to the site, you will find a lot of help here from other people who have gone through what you describe, and are going through it too. we all need help and support from each other. your not alone in this at all.
