Hi guys, Do you think there is a correlation?? Ive been doing hard style for 7 months now and although I’m feeling the benefits ( more female attention/better skin etc), but i still get regular cravings that I’m able to deal with, but are stil very regular. My dreams are trying their hardest to make me O (regular sex dreams). I play video games daily for an hour or so maybe even longer and get a dopamine release from it so do you think my brains associating? And thats why I’m still having cravings?? Any thoughts welcome
