Very little sensation during sex

I went through a flatline period where my libido was basically zero. Now it's coming back. But when I have sex it barely even feels stimulating. I have trouble staying fully hard and I have to use MO to finish. I'm not using P at all anymore.

Is this normal? Will resetting eventually cure it?

I've been using PMO exclusively for over 10 years, worried that I'm very desensitized now. This sucks

Also before I started nofap I was very sensitive to touching (in a good way) after a couple of days of abstaining. I haven't felt like that for months. I also haven't had the urge to relapse yet.
