Something that helps me a lot: installed K9 Web Protection on my PC. Basically, a personal guard making it more difficult to reach your "favorite" websites.
I found it really not that useful. When your urge is so strong that you can sacrifice X days of no PMO for this one moment, uninstallation of K9 is just like 5 seconds. One big advantage I like: no random triggers. I found it more annoying than helpful but if it's helping you then sure why not use it Good luck
Hmm, you can even temporary disable it, but that's not the point. At least it's a reminder - a warning sign before you open that page you should never look at.
