Hello everyone... I would like to share my knowledge and experience about rebooting... Hope this helps... My longest streak was 72 days... and I am on day 8th of my new reboot.
Here are those useful pieces of advice:
    1. Meditate on a daily basis
Meditation helps you to achieve more self-awareness and more concentration. I used to wake up in the middle of the night after a wet dream and relapse right after... but recently when this happens I wake up in a more conscious state... I'd piss or drink a glass of juice then I go back to bed. I won't react to PMO thoughts and impulses right away and I believe that is the result of meditation. Meditation is the most powerful tool you can use to liberate yourself.

    2. One day at a time
While keeping the track of your days can be motivating it can also be triggering... There is this chance that your mind fools you and make you question your ability to carry on like this... so you relapse just because it's too good to be true. So take one day at a time. Let "Just for today" be your slogan. JUST FOR TODAY. yesterday is history and tomorrow is a mystery... so just stick to the moment.

    3. Be clear with your reason why
This is really important, Maybe I should have written it first.
What is your reason or reasons to leave PMO? Hell yeah... we all want a better life but what is that one specific reason? What is it that you always wanted to have but PMO somehow kept you from achieving it? Think about it... Don't rush into anything and take your time figuring this out. because this has a huge impact on your journey.

    4. Addictions cannot be removed, They can only be replaced.
you can't wave the magic wand and make this addiction go away forever! the neural connections in your brain can be narrowed but can't be broken... so the threat is always there. If you really want to break free you have to replace this addiction with other useful activities such as reading, jogging, mountain climbing etc. So always have something to do... I recommend the book "Compound Effect" by Darren Hardy. it is such an amazing book to read.
    5.Exercise
exercising will help you to get in a good shape while giving a lot of joy. It's a good activity that can be replaced with your addiction. I Exercise 4 times a week since last year and I've got some good gains!
    6. Talk to people and socialize more
Call your mother if you're not living with her... researches have proven mothers' voice has a remarkable impact on their children peace of mind and reduces their stress level.
Be a more outgoing type of person... Talk to people more... and if you don't have anything to say then ask other people about their lives... you have no idea how eager they are to talk!

    7. Life won't get any easier but we can get stronger
you remember the last time you relapsed? Probably something went wrong and you thought you needed something to take the edge off... this is the most destructive thought pattern... We want easier lives... we don't want any problems... so we start running away when something bad happens... how are we to get stronger if we escape every battle we face?
So be a warrior... Fight this thing. Don't expect life to be easy because it is not... and it won't get any easier... Just get stronger!

    Life Loves you, Good luck!
