use it or lose it

i'm 23 and i had my first experience of noFap which i started in dec last year and which lasted for 40 days at a stretch. i had a wonderful experience of it in that period. Starting 15 days were really toughest and after that my sexual urge started to subside. i had my wet dream on 16th and 18th day as well. after 20th day i started to feel nothing about sex at all,i had become immune to it. though the benefits of it were marvelous . after reading some article on internet about "Use it or Lose it" started to create fear in me. which went along for few days till i reached the 40th day when i decided to give up. though i had thought of giving it up and no matter how much i think about sex i was in mood for it. i also had bit problem in having an erection which i would have had in other time just at the thought of sex. what do the experienced members of this NoFap have to say about it?? and i'v just taken another start 10days back from now.
