well if you dont use your brain you cant possibly understand how this "use it or lose it" thing is just nonsense
i would like to think that with all the years of masturbating and hyper sexuality under our belts we can't "lose" it, although there is some truth to this, my research as of late makes me think that my performance will be much better if i am not using it. also, sex and masturbation can help decrease the risk of prostate cancer in men, but like i said, i have done it enough for entire lifetime, and if i continue on with this i'm sure i will have plenty of good opportunities for sex in the future to keep my train pumping strong.
