Hey guys, I've been on and off nofap for quite a while now (longest streak 19 days). Now, I've been struggling a lot getting over the 7 day mark recently. I'm having heavy urges from day 2 on which make it very hard. I know nobody said it was easy, but I haven't experienced such urges so early in a streak. My question: is having urges that early normal or am I doing something wrong?
Yh mabye the chaser effect has hit you and the urges are usally really strong on first days it should get better as you continue.
