Urges Going Crazy Suggestions?

    I’ve been apart of NoFap for about 2 months and I am on a 10 day streak. I know the first 30 days are hell and I can vouch for that. Urges are crazy and I opened up a porn video for 10 seconds and quickly said fuck that I can’t go back I don’t consider this relapse. Simply a slip up. However I am going to install site blockers on my phone now. How do you all deal with urges and what are triggers I should avoid ?

    The thing that works great for me when i have urges is: leaving the laptop/smartphone/other devices and going for a walk/running or i socialize with members of my family or friends. Site blockers are good but i recommend SPIN as a browser for smartphone -It doesn”t allow acces to porn or sites related to porn. You have to commit to never ever acces porn sites for seeing a couple of seconds sex material and then close because will come a time when a couple of seconds will transform in minutes and you will take it from the begining. This is not an easy journey but you can do it like everybody here.

    Great comment by PG93. In addition to the spin browser on the phone I would get the "No incognito mode" app. Then simply play around with the settings and you can get it so that it wont let you re download chrome once you uninstall it. Once you got all the settings figured out, change the password to something random and throw it away. This barrier has made it so that I haven't been able to look at P on my phone since.
