    really depends on your goals,I personally feel that if you intentional watch porn,then you should keep your counter going it's when you give in to temptation and masturbate is when you lose; but lets be serious here,a thought leads to a action most of the time. Watching porn without masturbating is extremely difficult almost un-heard of ,just stay away from porn or any nude images is my opinion .
