Is there any study proves that a brain can fully recover from brain fog caused by mastrubation ?!

  2. There are hundreds of reports of people who have there brain fog bettered. You can find this on your brain on porn.com.

For me, 36 days in and have more brain fog as when I began this journey. Brain is just healing

  3. Yeah, heard it many times... if you refrain from PMO completely it will remove brain fog 100% bro, just unsure when it does.

It's different for each person. Gary Wilson has written that apparently it's easier when 1) the subject is younger (like a teenager), and 2) when the addiction hasn't been brutally severe.

A 15-year old who views porn and masturbates 4x a week will have a much quicker 'brain healing' than a 40-year old who's been masturbating to porn 2x a day for the last 15 years.

  5. Where does he say this please?

I think I remember reading it in his book. But I also might be confusing him with Patrick Carnes. Honestly I've read so much about this addiction that it's hard to remember what came from where. I distinctly remember that conclusion about brain healing, though.

  7. OK, it is just that he has said the opposite.

It might seem counterintuitive, but Gary explains that teenagers take much longer to reboot than older guys. The reason he gives is because of the high-speed internet porn effects on the developing brain. The plasticity of the brain is much greater during teens. So, those whose brain had matured before being exposed to high-speed internet porn recover much quicker.

As an older PMO addict, Im a little relieved to hear this, but not happy. My sympathies and concerns about the young men and women who are addicted to PMO are great.
I experience the challenges of overcoming this addiction, and realize what I did to damage my brain and body, but worry most about the young people who have been introduced to PMO addiction via high speed internet.
I noticed that a couple younger men were following my journey on NoFap and felt deeply moved, and I am determined to make the best possible effort to overcome this addiction.
I am a super-extreme PMO addict, so not very different from my younger fapstronauts. I feel the pain and discomfort of withdrawal from this addiction greatly, and though it is very uncomfortable, I am in awe of how powerful a PMO addiction really is. But you/me/we are much more powerful and in control of our choice to continue to fight against this addiction.
Good luck. Never despair. Don't stop trying. The goal is reset/reboot, recover, and repair.
