I have been clean from porn for 11 days now and in terms of resisting porn I feel pretty good at the moment but images of females whether it's on TV or it's social media or whatever it is seems to be the hardest. The urge is very strong, I have a restless energy and almost every second thought moves towards sex in some fashion. I'm hoping by writing this that the thoughts and feelings move along.
