    Some days, sobriety can be quite difficult. I have 25 days sobriety and there’s been quite a few things that have been triggering me. Being around women have been triggering me. Sitting in a class for my job has been triggering me, because the words they use, while inocuous for the subject matter, double as sexual words. Certain podcasts have been triggering.

    I have broken my middle lines this morning (M), but not my bottom lines.
