    Hey Fapstronauts,
I am 22 and have been watching porn regularly past 5 years and was a frequent masturbater for around 6-7 years. Since the start of 2018 I have stopped watching porn completely and started my NoFap journey. My longest streak is 21 days uptill now. And I have watched porn once this year and masturbated after that( because I wanted to give myself a prize after 2-3 weeks of NoFap). I felt very bad after that and I swore after that I am not going to watch porn again.

Now coming to the point. Recently I finished my college and came back to my home. I was on 1 week streak before that. Yesterday I had a nightfall. I felt very bad at morning. Cause I broke my streak unintentionally. It has happened to me 2-3 times earlier also. So can u guys help me regarding this. How to stop this unwanted ejacultion? What are the reasons behind it?

  2. Hi. Welcome to forum! I just replied to other member asking similar question so I will just copy paste that answer here:

"Wet dreams are usually caused by extra pressure in prostate. The fluid accumulates and, unlike sperm, can not be re-absorbed in to body, so it needs to discharge. Some people just produce more prostate fluid than others. In which case you can not control that.

Another reason of wet dreams are accumulated nerve tension. Usually in genital region. But even overall body tension (such as anxiety or anger) can cause wet dreams, because it is good way how to discharge that tension. That you can control however. There are stretching exercises and breathing exercises for it. An example of one such exercise would be splits. Another would be reverse kegels. And another one would be sixth tibetan rite (a yoga exercise). Look into all of this - breathing exercises to release tension as well as whole body stretching exercises, with emphasis on pelvic floor stretching.

Another reason of wet dreams might be your brain. Sexual thoughts and fantasies. In this case do not fantasize. Especially not at evening before bedtime. Also mindfulness meditation helps a lot to dissipate these thoughts. Do practice mindfulness meditation at least for 20 minutes as a last thing you do before sleep. Practice all of this for a month or two and you will notice major improvements, if not complete lack of wet dreams."

Good luck in your reboot journey!

Thank you. In my case I think it may be the last one, sexual thoughts and fantasies before bedtime.
I will try remedies you suggested. Thank you very much for your answer.
