Unusual side effect / update

Hi everyone

Last year I had begun my first relationship and had only ever M with porn and without porn as I was a virgin, I now, reflecting back, considered myself thoroughly addicted. Unknowingly, this addiction had kept me separate from reality, and I found I was trying to sexualise everything around me, fantasises crept into my everyday life, just sitting on a bus or tube and smiling at girls trying to get them to notice and react to me would be enough to trigger me to watch P and satisfy these urges (when I got home I might add ). Since last year I have been doing much better in my mind and realising that these thoughts are just, in my mind. I still have moments of relapse every single week and I still find it really hard to stay positive and not give in, now my pattern will be 4 days of M everyday and then 3 days of seeing my girlfriend and not fapping. I don't know how to break this new cycle, it doesn't feel as out of control as it used to and I still have anxiety about my girlfriends past and the fact that she has slept with other people and I haven't but they a much less frequent and only comes into My head after I have been fapping. I have also noticed an unusual side effect of not fapping for the 4 days, when I have a day of not fapping my penis becomes really red swollen and painful, and when I fap again this subsides, I was wondering if anybody else has had any similar symptoms to this.
