Hi, I come from France I will try to write in english but i'm not sure it's a good idea because I'm very bad with english conjugation, but i'll do my best ^^. I'm here to do a reboot, I thinking about it since... so long time (about many years), but it's the first time I really (REALLY) want to do it seriously. My objective is to stop to watch porn for ever (or just sometime in the future but more like once in a week not every day like now). Now I watch porn everyday, and like I work at home on computer I watch porn all day long, it's crazy when I think about it, I mean I really watch porn all day long something like 10 hours day... I know it's will be very difficult for me to stop, because now it's become my only hobbies, but it's for the best. The main reason why I want to finish with porn it's because since 4 years I have ED, at the beginning it was not really important, just sometime it was difficult to have intercourse with my wife but now I just can't have sexual activity with my wife or anyone... The fact is we are a swinger couple and I don't want to change that, for me it's like a "lifestyle" and we like it. So... I don't know if someone will understand my first post, maybe I'll write my journal in french I don't know but I think write in english it's more difficult for me, so maybe it will maybe help me to concentrate and think about something else than porn so let's give a try and sorry if the half of my post is not understandable. ==> Journal
Welcome @decadence. I suggest that the best approach is to stop masturbating, edging, using porn or any arousing material. If you wish to have sex, that's up to you.
