So it asked me to hit enter, then asked me to enter my Mac user password, which I did, then it gave me an empty response. Any update? just curious

 

I had this happen on my PC a few months ago. Only solution was to backup my windows and my files and do a fresh install for my entire OS.

On Pc I'm using Cold Turkey, but I discovered something by accident that bypassed the whole program, but I don't want others to know until it's fixed, so they won't be tempted to peek, so Can I write you a PM?

I have also so far found two ways to bypass cold turkey.
Have shared both with him and his response was quick on how I can block these so I can no longer bypass it.

 

Anyone tried Cleanbrowsing family filter as dns setting for chrome mobile. Blocks everything effectively and is free. Just change dns setting to custom and pick cleanbrowsing as ur DNS provider. It's not difficult to change the setting though when u get the urge

 

What mobile device are you using?

 

May sound extreme, but i totally power off my phone (people can reach me via WhatsApp from my browser.). I switched to Linux with minimal UI and I heavily restricted my internet usage. I even blocked YouTube (I just download educational videos to my laptop). Just started to implement this tactic.

 

So if it's possible totally quit phone and only make calls from phone

I think I’ve found a problem, maybe I’m missing the obvious. But I’ve had screen time and image blocking enabled on safari for iOS and it has worked well for a long time. But I’ve discovered that if you just go to settings, safari, and scroll down to content filters, it will allow you to select/deselect the “all websites” option, even with screen time enabled. When you do this, it renders the imageblockers useless. Anyone else seen this? Any way to plug it? Limiting adult content is helpful, but ideally I would like to plucks out all videos and images from my browser without a way around it. Thanks everyone.

 

I came across this and thought I would share it. It's not software, but a physical lock box that has a timer. You can put your phone in it and set a timer like say 4 hours. You'll only be able to get it after 4 hours have passed. I assume there may be a larger version for laptops. I also saw different kinds of Time Delay Lockboxes on Amazon, so do your research and see if this an option for you.

I know this has been asked already, but the solutions presented have not been working for me and PM I don't get any response, so has anyone an Idea how to disable access to "Ultra Battery Saver" on Xiaomi phones?
I tried:
- Lockout to block the inbuild security settings, but it didn't work, neither did Applock
- BlockerHero Premium (APK)- it has an build in function to block the UBS, but it didn't work- has anyone exerperience with the official bought Premium version? Perhaps that's the issue...

Handoff I don't want get my hands on tbh and only semi- working solution I found is the family filter for Cleanbrowsing, but that also comes at a cost of restricting youtube and some websites still slip through as well.

Bought the BlockerHero Premium version and works fine for me
It's only 2$ a month, so if anyone has the same issue, it's the simplest way to deal with it imo.

Quostudio works on windows, I nlocked all naive ways in windows to bypass it and I have been safe for almost an year. The problem is the phone, which I am not gonna brag how I can bypass it in few minutes

 

Cold Turkey & Fapsecure seem unable to block the users & groups setting in macOS Big Sur, which has been an issue here. Does anyone know of any other ways to completely disable access to the Guest account?
