Trying to stay on track!

    Hi all,
    I have now gone 8 days without PMO its starting to get quite difficult not to fap. Currently to prevent fapping I am regularly going to the gym and exercising but plan on going 6 months without PMO which seems forever away!

    Anyway I was wandering if there are any really useful tips that I could be given. Especially, from fellow fapstronauts who have exceeded 6 months without PMO themselves. So if you have any tips I would really appreciate you telling me what they are.

    Im with you. Im having hard time to pass 10 days of no pmo, a week i can survive but, after the 8 days my toughts start to get clouded and have a hard time to not think of P. Fuck this addiction!! I relapsed last night and now i feel like shit.

    Its hard but I am gonna try my hardest to push through it, just taking it 1 day at a time.

    I relapsed a week ago - a little after this thread as I see you did as well less than 24 hours ago. I have decided that I am not going to aim for 6 months, but try and hit 90 days, if I can do that I will try and hit 6 months. Its a frustrating process and I think that your mind will definitely play games with you, as if to say PMO is fine. Yet in the back of my head after that relapse I have in the back of my the mind the feeling that despite how I am feeling now. PMO IS NOT WORTH IT! I CAN'T LET MY EMOTIONS CONTROL ME. I feel like if I don't control masturbation it will control me. So Estus both you and me really need to take mastery over our minds and not give into urges - which will only bring instant and not long-term satisfaction.
