Trying to smile more, needed for cold approach

    Hi,

    So life has been rough for me for years when younger, now I am ok, got a good job etc, but because of years of rough, my face looks serious all the time, trying to smile more but life has damaged me a bit. A smiling happy face is better than serious face, especially when trying to do cold approach.
    Who has same problem of face looking serious all the time ?

    I do like jokes,memes and when I laugh at it my face does look better....

    i had the same problem
    I realized Being serious = overthinking

    meditate, exercise, eat clean :)

    It has been difficult for me lately to smile lot. I too went through a lot of hardships when I was young; things are much better now. But I gotta learn to smile more nowadays, especially while cold approaching.

    Thing is when cold approaching, I am nervous, so that will not help you smile will it, guess something we gotta learn.
