Trying to get rid of PE likely caused by PMO

Hi All, I’m a 33 year-old gay black male living in Sacramento, CA (USA). I have been exposed to porn since my early teens but it was an occasional thing until recently. Over that past year my porn watching has increased and I’ve even been paying monthly subscriptions to porn. I knew what I liked and wanted high quality HD porn. Lately though, I’ve been having PE (premature ejaculation) and that is alarming, making me think there is a problem. I like sex with other people but when I cum so quickly, it’s shame, and disappointing for us both. I discovered nofap through social media and I’m here now to start a 90 day reboot, no PMO. I’m not confident I won’t return to porn, but I want to at least decrease the amount I consume in the future and I want to end my PE. Today is day 2 of no PMO.
