does anyone else struggle sleeping on their back? I am only able to sleep on my sides or stomach (usually sides). Is this bad for your back?

  2. I've been a stomach sleeper my whole life. Nothing wrong with any position as long as you use the appropriate pillow.

What about when sleeping with a girl wouldn’t they prefer to sleep on your chest?

  4. do you want to sleep or have someone laying on your chest all night?

Relaxation, sure, but no girl I ever knew wanted to do this during actual sleep.

Ouch. I like to do that, though not for the entire night. I prefer my soft pillow for that.

You can still fall asleep, despite the comfort. I always found it easier to fall asleep when sleeping with somebody. But that numbness.....shit!

If the girls is a deep sleeper then no problem. Wait for her to fall asleep then gently move her.

The worst type is the boomerang girl who naturally moves towards you while asleep like a heat seeking missile no matter what you do. That usually ends up with you lying awake balanced on the edge of the bed hoping not to fall off...! :(

Hmmm....if she keeps moving in one direction, you can get on the other side of the bed.....and thats not all, if she keeps moving......then my friend :) enjoy her fall off the bed.

Evolution did not want to see a girl fall out of bed. That's why such types are heat-seeking. They alway move towards you like a flower turns to the sun. So even if you get out and change sides they'll track you down. All the while sleeping...

I have horrible nightmares when I sleep on my back so I just avoid that position at all costs.

  17. put a pillow between your legs, it relieves pressure on your privet parts. I don't sleep on my back much either.

My friend is a brain surgeon. He explains your symptoms as follows: good thoughts are heavier than bad thoughts - so when lying on your back all the good thoughts slowly sink to the back of your head leaving your mind - located at the front of your brain - full of bad thoughts. Hence the nightmares. A bit like oil and water.

Before going to bed give your head a good shake. That will help with the nightmares...

I almost always sleep on my stomach. I also move around in my sleep so I often get myself positioned diagonally across my bed.
