Triggered by everything...

I was playing video games, like i shoot the enemy in the butt or nut for fun... This maybe just my anxiety triggered, that i was aim sexual parts could be mean, i'm doing sexual suggestion etc... this is stupid but... guess this is just my anxiety?

 

Sorry I'm mentally ill... I have GAD, it got me worry from normalize things. It's sucks to say, my scared of relapse unconscious happened recently is out of control. Just got support from some people, now it finally less triggered. Also I don't understand why you gotta be so dumb, who come to an addiction group, but criticize everything that you feel odd... like what do you expect from addiction people... to appeared normal?

 

It's a different thing not the same thing... Where is the fact you talking about...? You just being completely dick at this point, don't understand your purpose here anyway

Thanks for the helpful information, i seriously think this just anxiety as well. However it has nothing to do with relapse right?

 

Because I dont know the answer, isn't it the reason why I'm asking it the first place? Lol

 

Imagine telling someone to think outside the box when you the one who missing the point of the answer...

Since you having difficulty to caught up meaning, the obvious answer i would give them is " i do not know ". If i know i won't make the post in the first place...

 

if i know it was anxiety or an actual sexual suggestion related i won't make this post in the first place... i have a severe anxiety disorder happened couple years ago... i already stated almost every post i made cuz the doubt is killing me, If you using your own ideas and scenario then expect people to do the same as yours and when they not, you assume they are not as intelligence as you are, that is sign of stupidity and ignorant.

 

it's not OCD but GAD which is really similar, overall thanks for understanding. good luck on your journey
